Privacy Policy

Discord data: server, channel, role and user IDs, usernames and the settings you choose (language, channels, schedules, playlists, affiliate codes). Tiffany reads message content only to answer her own commands and to run the anti-spam features a server turns on.

AI features: what you send to AI commands (text, images, and voice when you use the voice assistant) is processed by our AI providers (OpenRouter / Google) to produce the answer. Voice is turned into text and not stored. While Tiffany is in a voice call, only the last 30 seconds stay in memory for /clip, and they are posted only when someone in the call asks for a clip.

Chat memory: your last few messages with Tiffany are kept so she remembers the conversation: up to 24 hours for chat and 2 hours for roleplay.

Ratings (👍/👎): a chat answer and the question it answered are kept so people can rate them, and rated ones guide future answers. An answer posted in a server only helps that server; one in DMs or a private chat only helps you. Answers with e-mails, links, mentions or long numbers are never kept. Unrated answers are deleted after 7 days, rated ones after 6 months.

/feedback: the message you send, your user ID and name, and the server it came from, so the Tiffany team can read it. Kept for up to 1 year.

Music and games: how many songs you asked for and which artists, per server, for /rewind; games suggested to you by /game for 30 days, so they don't repeat.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer and subscription IDs and which server the plan is for. Never card numbers.

Website: logging in with Discord gives us your user ID, username and the list of your servers (to show the dashboard). A session cookie keeps you logged in; your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting.

We use this data only to run Tiffany's features, prevent abuse, process subscriptions and fix problems. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Settings are kept while Tiffany is in the server; chat memory, ratings, feedback and game history for the periods above; technical logs are rotated within weeks; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time (including under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR) through tiffanydiscordbot@gmail.com, or by sending /feedback in Discord. Removing Tiffany from a server stops all collection for that server.
