Terms of Service

Tiffany ("Tiffany", "we") is a Discord bot that offers music, AI chat and images, news and deals posts, games, giveaways and moderation tools, plus this website. By adding Tiffany to a server or using her commands you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service.

Tiffany has a free plan and paid plans. Each paid plan is billed monthly or yearly and is bought for one Discord server: Tiffany News and Tiffany Offers apply to that server; Tiffany Ultra applies both to that server, and its Premium features (music and AI) apply to the account that subscribes, in any server. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change; a new price only applies from the next billing period after we tell you in advance.

Cancel anytime in Discord with /premium → Manage subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed.

You may withdraw within 7 days of your first payment and get a full refund. After that, payments for periods already started are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise or the service was unavailable for a substantial part of the period. Request refunds through the contact below.

Do not use Tiffany to break the law, harass people, spam, share illegal or sexual content involving minors, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Tiffany refuses some content on purpose (for example, glorifying dictators or totalitarian regimes). We may limit or stop the service for a server or user that breaks these rules; paid time lost because of a violation is not refunded.

AI answers, summaries and images are generated automatically and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. News summaries link to the original source. Deals are curated automatically: prices and stock are set by the stores and can change at any moment.

Some deal links are affiliate links: Tiffany (or the server, when it set its own codes) may earn a commission at no extra cost to the buyer.

We work to keep Tiffany online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; Discord, YouTube, stores and AI providers can fail or change. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms; important changes are announced before they apply. Brazilian law governs these terms, without removing any consumer rights you have where you live. Contact: tiffanydiscordbot@gmail.com.
